One of the clamps is not recognized (no blue LED)

On Configuration ยป Currents, check If the clamp is recognized.
If the clamp is recognized and measuring, the blue LED is faulty.
If the clamp isn't recognized, try connecting it to a different current port.
If the clamp is still not recognized (on the different current port), then the clamp is faulty.
If the clamp is recognize, than the first used current port is faulty.
Note: In both cases, you can use the "missing phase" option which is available under the Currents page (system will use "Kirchoff" law to calculate the missing phase) as a temporary solution and open a support ticket.
